Roger Waters was nominated as Honorary Guide on July 4th, 2018 by Maitreya Rael for calling to boycott Israel during his concert given in June in Paris. He is an English songwriter, singer, bassist, and composer. In 1965, he co-founded the progressive rock band, Pink Floyd.
